Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this site usable by everyone.

CredNavid is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously improve the accessibility of our site based on feedback.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site is partially conformant — most content meets these guidelines, but some areas may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address known gaps.

We conduct periodic accessibility reviews and address issues as they are identified. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it.

Accessibility Features

Visual Design

  • •Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards for body text and interactive elements
  • •Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • •Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
  • •Decorative images use aria-hidden to avoid confusing screen readers
  • •Meaningful images include descriptive alt text

Keyboard Navigation

  • •All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields — are accessible via keyboard
  • •Tab order follows a logical reading sequence
  • •Navigation menus can be opened and closed with keyboard controls
  • •Forms can be completed and submitted without a mouse
  • •Skip navigation links allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive content

Screen Reader Support

  • •Semantic HTML is used throughout: headings, lists, and landmarks mark content structure
  • •ARIA labels and roles supplement HTML where additional context is needed
  • •Dynamic content updates are announced via aria-live where appropriate
  • •Form inputs have associated labels
  • •Data tables include proper headers

Motion and Animation

This site respects the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Users who have configured their operating system to reduce motion will not see non-essential animations. Reading progress indicators and transition effects are disabled in reduced-motion mode.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our goal is compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver, TalkBack on Android, and keyboard-only navigation. We follow semantic HTML and ARIA best practices to support these tools, and we continue to review and improve compatibility as the site evolves.

Known Limitations

Some third-party content embedded on this site (such as card issuer application widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We do not control the accessibility of third-party embeds, and we recommend contacting the issuer directly if you need accommodations for their application process.
